We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy applies to zentross.com and to our enquiries, communications and services.

2. Information we collect

• Enquiry details: the project type, budget range, timeline and the idea and goals you describe in our contact form or messages.
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp or other messages and call notes between you and us.
• Client project information: information you give us so we can deliver work, which may include business and user data.
• Technical information: basic data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health or financial account details) through our website. Please don’t send it in an enquiry.

3. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you fill in our contact form, email or message us, or work with us. We may also receive limited information from advertising platforms (for example, when you click one of our ads) and through cookies or similar technologies on our website.
